Refund policy

We strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return the item:

Return Eligibility:

• You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• The watch must be in the exact same condition as it was sent—unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging, protective stickers (if any), documentation, and accessories.

 Not Eligible for Return If:

• The watch shows any signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.

• The return request is made after 3 calendar days of delivery.

• The item is not returned in its complete original condition.

 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item for your refund to be processed.

Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
